On this calm, painted plane, the metal inlay exists not to decorate, but to "punctuate" and "define." It marks the boundary where space becomes form. The design captures the silent collision between the solid mass of the door and the sharp, reflective precision of the aluminum.

 

These lines work quietly, establishing a strict visual grammar that rejects clutter. They transform the door into a plane of pure geometry—simple, exacting, and asserting its existence with a cold, yet undeniable, beauty.

PRODUCTS & INSTALLATION INFO

1. Custom-Made Products
All Tempus doors are tailor-made according to the customer’s specified dimensions, finishes, and requirements.
For this reason, custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the approved specifications.

 

2. Order Confirmation & Production Approval

Before production begins, customers will receive:

  • A final specification sheet

  • Approved drawings or dimensions

  • Selected colors / finishes
    Once these details are approved and production has started, changes cannot be made, and the order becomes non-refundable.

 

3. Defects or Quality Issues

Tempus maintains strict quality control throughout the fabrication and finishing process.
However, if a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery or installation, we will:

  • Inspect the issue

  • Repair or replace the affected part

  • Provide a new door or frame if necessary

This service is provided at no additional cost, provided the issue is related to production or workmanship.

 

4. Installation-Related Conditions

If installation is handled by Tempus, we guarantee proper fitting and alignment.
Issues arising from installation carried out by third parties are not covered under this policy.

 

5. Natural Characteristics of Materials

Minor variations in texture, sheen, or color—resulting from natural material behavior or environmental conditions—are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

 

6. Damage After Delivery

Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or installation by others is not eligible for return or refund.
Any modifications made by third parties void warranty and service coverage.

 

7. Claim Period

Any claim regarding defects or discrepancies must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or installation.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

 

8. Final Decision

Tempus reserves the right to evaluate each case.
Our goal is to ensure fairness, uphold product quality, and maintain professional standards for all clients.

SHIPPING INFO

1. Delivery Area

Tempus provides delivery services across Thailand.
For large-scale projects or out-of-province installations, additional transportation fees may apply depending on distance and project requirements.

 

2. Production Lead Time

Each Tempus door is custom-made.
Standard production time is typically 30–45 days from the date of final specification approval.
Lead times may vary based on order volume, custom colors, or special design requests.

 

3. Delivery Scheduling

Once production is complete, our team will contact the customer to schedule a delivery date.
Delivery will be arranged during standard business hours unless otherwise specified.

 

4. Packaging & Handling

All doors and frames are packaged using professional-grade protective materials to ensure safe transportation.
Every shipment is handled with care to prevent surface scratches, warping, or damage.

 

5. Installation Service

For customers who opt for Tempus installation, the delivery and installation schedule will be coordinated together for efficiency and accuracy.
Proper access to the site must be ensured before installation begins.

 

6. Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The site is accessible for delivery

  • Passageways can accommodate door size

  • Storage conditions are clean, dry, and safe
    Any delays caused by inaccessible areas or incomplete site readiness may result in additional fees.

 

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon delivery.
Any concerns regarding damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24–48 hours.
